📄 Terms & Conditions – Sushwa IT Services
💳 Payment Terms
We accept payments via electronic transfer, subject to successful confirmation from our bank.
All quotations remain valid for 5 calendar days from the date of issue.
Orders are confirmed only after we receive the deposit either into our account or through bank confirmation.
Please note, goods are not sold on a trial basis.
Any concerns related to purchases — such as discrepancies in invoicing, omissions, or payment — must be reported by the next working day.
🛡️ Warranty Policy
All eligible products are covered under a 1-month replacement warranty from the date of purchase, but:
Display screens and batteries of laptops/desktops are not covered.
Physical damage voids the warranty.
Warranty service is provided only at our office, and only with prior appointment. No free onsite service is available.
Onsite service is chargeable and parts/spares costs are to be borne by the customer.
Replacement warranty can be claimed only once per product.

Refurbished laptops from Sushwa IT Services are expected to deliver battery backup up to 1 hour.
Warranty is exclusively for customers of Sushwa IT Services, within the specified warranty period.
Customers are advised to check product compatibility with their systems before purchase. We do not guarantee product suitability for all systems.
Warranty is void under the following conditions:
Missing or tampered serial number labels.
If the product is written on, opened, or modified.
In case of failure, we may repair or replace the item, but:
Products repairable by us or our suppliers will not be replaced.
The minimum waiting time for replacement is 6 working days, subject to stock availability.
Warranty becomes void in cases of mishandling, electrical surges, lightning damage, or neglect.
Customers are responsible for backing up all personal and sensitive data before submitting any device for warranty service.
We are not liable for any data loss under any circumstances.
If the issue is found to be software-related or no fault is found, a service charge may apply.
🔁 Return & Refund Policy
No cash refunds are issued under any condition.
Original invoices are mandatory for any product return.
For products sold via third-party platforms, their Returns & Refund Policies will apply as applicable.
🚚 Shipping Policy
We typically dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
If any delay occurs due to product preparation or limited stock, we will inform you immediately.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order.
Standard delivery times range from 3 to 10 working days, depending on your location.
Delays caused by unforeseen events like traffic, extreme weather, or other external factors may occur. We will keep you updated in such cases.
🛠️ Repair Policy
Faulty products must be returned to Sushwa IT Services along with a clear fault report.
Before sending your system for repair, please back up all your data. We will not be held liable for any data loss.
After inspection, we will provide a repair quotation, and work will commence only upon your approval.
Repairs completed at our workshop carry a 30-day warranty on the repaired part(s), unless stated otherwise. This warranty begins from the invoice date.
We only support operating systems and software for which valid licenses and original installation media are provided by the customer.
If reinstallation is required during a repair or upgrade, customers must provide genuine installation media and license keys. Without this, reinstallation will not be possible.
We are not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
All legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
